一、个人简介

杨文,副教授,博士生导师。长期聚焦全球变化下多类型生态系统土壤碳氮生物地球化学循环与微生物调控机制研究,以黄土高原、秦岭山地、中国东部滨海湿地为核心研究区域,系统开展土壤碳氮组分分异、稳定性与转化过程、微生物群落构建与多样性维持、胞外酶调控、微生物残体碳封存,以及植物源碳与微生物源碳的累积与溯源解析等研究,揭示多尺度环境变化下的土壤生态系统调控机制。在Catena、Science of the Total Environment、Plant and Soil、Applied Soil Ecology等土壤与生态领域权威期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金一等资助、陕西省自然科学基金等国家级、省部级项目9项,参与国家973计划、国家科技重大专项等3项。主讲本科生《生态学》、《土壤学》、《恢复生态学》、《湿地生态学》、《草地生态学》、《土壤学实验》及研究生《土壤生态学》、《高级生态学》等课程,主持校级教学改革项目1项,发表教学论文3篇。获陕西师范大学青年教师教学基本功大赛二等奖等多项奖励。

二、主要研究领域及兴趣

围绕全球变化背景下生态系统土壤碳氮生物地球化学循环与微生物调控机制这一核心方向,重点开展:

1. 黄土高原自然植被恢复下土壤碳氮库积累、稳定性与转化及其对氮沉降的响应与微生物驱动机制;

2. 秦岭山地海拔梯度下土壤碳氮组分分异、稳定性与转化、微生物残体碳累积、胞外酶调控及群落构建机制;

3. 互花米草入侵对滨海湿地土壤碳、氮、磷库组分分异、稳定性、微生物代谢限制与碳氮利用效率的长期影响及其微生物驱动机制;

4. 围填海等人类活动对湿地土壤碳氮循环与生态功能的影响。

此外,团队研究面向生态修复、土壤改良、绿色碳汇、生态环境影响评价等应用领域,开展技术服务与实践,服务于区域生态安全与绿色发展。
