二、主要研究领域及兴趣

博士及博士后阶段一直从事神经干细胞及基因治疗方面的研究。博士后期间在国际著名神经免疫学家和多发硬化病(MS)治疗专家Dr. A.M. Rostami 教授 Thomas Jefferson UniversityUSA)研究组从事脱髓鞘疾病发病机理及治疗研究,系统掌握了相关的研究思路和核心技术。目前结合药用植物资源与天然药物化学教育部重点实验室的研究特色及科研优势,以干细胞及外泌体治疗为基础,将重点研究筛选新的天然药物及治疗靶点在中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病中的机理,探讨其在促进少突胶质细胞前体分化和髓鞘再生过程中的作用及分子机制,以期为MS/EAE及其它中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病的治疗提供新的有效的治疗药物。

目前已发表研究论文50余篇,在Progress in NeurobiologyBioactive MaterialsPNAS, Molecular TherapySCI杂志以第一或通讯作者发表30余篇(SCI一区10篇;SCI二区15篇)。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,陕西省产业链项目、陕西省自然基金,陕西省留学人员科技活动择优资助项目及中央高校基本科研业务费专项等多个项目,以第二申请人参与国家自然基金面上项目及青年基金5项。是陕西省药理学会理事;中国细胞生物学学会、中华医学会、陕西省生化学会会员;担任Evid-Based Compl Alt学术编辑;TheranosticFront ImmunolMol NeurobiolExp Physiol, Cell Commun Signal, Clin Exp Immunol, Neural Regen Res, Med Sci Monitor等杂志的审稿人;
