一、个人简介

高平,博士,研究员,博士生导师。20127月毕业于西北农林科技大学,获得硕士学位。201612月毕业于芬兰奥卢大学,生物化学与分子医学学院及奥卢生物中心,获得博士学位。20171月至20188月在芬兰奥卢大学从事博士后研究。2018-至今为陕西师范大学生命科学学院研究员,主要对前列腺癌症高风险单核苷酸多态性位点的调控机制进行了深入的研究。研究成果以第一作者在Cell Nature GeneticsClinical Cancer ResearchInt J Mol Sci.杂志上发表研究性论文四篇,此外,申请人还在Nature Genetics, Nature Communication, Cancer Research等杂志上以共同作者发表研究性论文九篇。

 

二、主要研究领域及兴趣

全基因组关联研究(GWAS)发现了一百多个与前列腺癌相关的单核苷酸多态性位点(www.genome.gov / gwastudies)。我们实验室致力于研究这些SNP位点,通过研究转化并应用于临床诊断和治疗。我们前期的研究工作已成功解析了前列腺癌风险相关的SNP rs339331 rs11672691的基因调控机制。我们首先利用生物信息学进行了分析及预测,并利用不同的实验方法进行了功能实验的验证深刻的揭示了前列腺癌高风险位点的基因调控机制。我们以后的工作将致力于将这些研究发现进行转化并应用到临床疾病预测和诊疗中,提高精准医疗在前列腺癌中的应用:
